Cheng Kung Junior High School was founded in 1968. It has been running for over five decades since then. During the period of time, there have been eleven principals who managed this school with charismatic and great leadership. They not only dedicated themselves to school’s development, but also had innovative viewpoints, especially aggressively focused on international exchanges to broaden our students’ vision.

Chen Kung Junior High School is located near Chung Cheng Park. Our school is full of trees and colorful flowers. The air is fresh. On campus, you can see squirrels jumping up and down, diversified creatures and insects. It can be likely said “an ecologicl compus”. Our students can be naturally immersed in learning.

It contains so many nearby, such as Chu Pu Tan, Keelung History Museum, Tien E Tung, Eighteen Lo Han Tung, and the landmark of Keelung, 22.5 meters high Kuan Yin Statue . Besides, it is worth mentioning that there is a Confucius Statue next to our school, which is, undoubtedly, as the spiritual symbol among all students and teachers.
